I joined Fat2Muscle because I've been training with no system for a while and felt that I was just doing random exercises with no result.

I lost around -3kg, and -2cm from the hips (which is my most problematic area). But also I can feel so much more muscle in my body The app is really great. I was going to different gyms at first so it took me time to get used to the exercises with different machines. But now that I know my routine I am quicker and even add additional exercises sometimes.
