Hi, I’m Vadim, and I’ve been training and coaching people for over 17 years, helping hundreds transform their lives.

I’m 46, married, with two kids (one in secondary school, one in college). Like many of you, I’ve been juggling two jobs, long hours, and the daily responsibilities of providing for my family. With everything going on, fitness can feel impossible.

But here’s how I took back control—and got into the best shape of my life.

The Turning Point

I’ve always trained and pushed myself with new fitness goals, but this year hit differently. On January 2, 2024, after all the Christmas indulgence, I looked in the mirror and felt miserable.
